Terms of Service

1. About this service

ClauDesign hosts versioned design systems so AI coding agents can install them in one line. Using the site or any of its endpoints (the "Service") means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who runs it

ClauDesign is operated by the maintainers reachable at hello@gloss.sh. Outbound transactional email is sent from the gloss.sh domain.

ClauDesign is not Anthropic, not part of Anthropic, and not endorsed by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic; we use the name "ClauDesign" because we like their products and build for users of them. If Anthropic asks us to change the name, we will.

3. Eligibility

You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Your account

• Keep your password and personal access tokens private.
• Tell us at hello@gloss.sh if you suspect your account is compromised.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

5. Your content

Design systems you publish remain yours. By publishing a public design system, you grant ClauDesign and its users a license to fetch, cache, and install it through the platform — that's how the service works. You can mark systems private to limit this to yourself.

Don't publish content you don't have the rights to. We may remove content that infringes someone else's rights or violates these terms.

Versions are immutable. Once a version is published, the artifacts at that URL stay byte-identical so installs are reproducible. Removing your account unlinks future visibility but cannot recall versions other people have already installed locally.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

• Distribute malware, exploits, or content designed to harm users or systems.
• Bypass rate limits, scrape at unreasonable volume, or attack the platform.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent affiliation.
• Publish content that's illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. The Service may change, be temporarily unavailable, or have features added or removed. We'll try to give notice of meaningful breaking changes.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@gloss.sh. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers of ClauDesign are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to USD $50.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll update the "last updated" date when this changes. For material changes, we'll email registered users. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
